The Broadley Group has taken a 50% share in SRC Construction and Paving Ltd from York.
SRC Construction and Paving Ltd have over 15 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering and Groundwork Industry. They directly employ their own trained labour with a wide level of experience in all aspects of civil works including street-works. SRC Construction and Paving Ltd undertake works ranging from small projects for individual clients to large multi-disciplinary projects for major clients.
The Broadley Group has been doing business with SRC Construction and Paving Ltd for almost 10 years and has maintained a strong working relationship, most recently working in partnership to deliver a private housing scheme at Boston Diner in Headingley including all roads and sewers.
The Broadley Group has been building it’s business portfolio for over 50 years, largely dominating the Leeds and surrounding areas in Yorkshire, offering a range of business services including construction, refurbishment, joinery, decorating and flooring working on a number of successful projects such as The Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre, The Victoria Gate Centre and Meadowhall.
In 2017 works include a £12m new build for Parklane Properties in Headingley consisting of state of the art professional and student accommodation, 30 traditional build flats at Broomsgrove in Sheffield for Marrico Assett Management LLP, 59 new build apartments for Laing O’Rourke in Oxford and 325 professional lets across six sites in Leeds and York for YPP Lettings.
Along with their development partner, Parklane Properties and the current pipeline, the 2018/2019 delivery is set to produce circa £150 million of mixed schemes and construction projects for The Broadley Group. This partnership helps to secure the best partners and invest in outstanding people to deliver the structured expansion and further acquisitions to secure growth.
